He was predeceased by: his wife Nicole Nakano; and his parents, Akitaro Nakano and Haruno Nakano. He is survived by: his sons, Colin Nakano and Damon Nakano; his grandson Devon Nakano; and his sisters, Fujiko Shiraishi and Nancy Nakagama.
