With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorna Jeannette Wuertz (San Rafael, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Katrina; her sister Norma Carnahan; her parents, Forest Plotts and Clara Plotts; her close friend Peter Wuertz; her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Karen Dodge Wuertz; her granddaughters, Kate and Jessie Wuertz of San Anselmo; her daughter Krista; and her partner Georgia Otterson.
Donations in her memory are suggested to the Spiritual Ministry at First Presbyterian Church in San Rafael (http://www.fpcsr.org) or Seeds of Learning in Sonoma. (http://www.seedsoflearning.org) A celebration of this remarkable human being's life will be held, August 17, 2024, at 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael.
