It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Concepcion Legaspi of San Leandro, California, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leon C. Legaspi, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Leonora (Anthony), Erlinda (Joseph), Connie (Richard) and Manuel (Marie); her grandchildren, Manuel Jr., Ella and Maximo; and her siblings, Manuel and Erlinda. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
