He is survived by: his children, Anne Therese O'Neil of Monterey, CA and John Anthony Chubbuck (Karen Lynn Chubbuck) of East Garrison, CA; his granddaughters, Sarah Therese DiMaggio, Emma Lynn Chubbuck, Alyssa Lynn Chubbuck and Hannah Lynn Chubbuck; and his great grandchild Riley Joe DiMaggio.
