He is survived by: his daughters, Ysidra Martinez of Salinas, Nova Rodriguez (Art Rodriguez) of Soledad and Remy Martinez of Salinas; his siblings, Elizabeth Martinez of Ohio, Louie Martinez of Gonzales, Connie Martinez (Rodney McCrimmon) of Gonzales and Jessica Longoria (Steve Longoria) of Soledad; and his grandchildren, Jahmal Evans, Gianna Rodriguez, Julian Martinez and Isabella Rodriguez.
