It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally C. Dobbins (Saint Helena, California), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth William Dobbins of Burlington, MA. She is survived by: her cousin Catherine Dobbins Ryan; her parent Ethel Hall Dobbins; her husband Trevor Barlow of St. Helena; her stepson Andrew Barlow of Petaluma, CA.; and her cousin Sally. She is also survived by friends and many cousins on the East Coast, including her first cousins.
