He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; and his parents, Margarita Velazquez (Vega) and Rafael Velazquez. He is survived by: his children, Vivian, Alfonso and Margaret. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, as well as extended family, and friends.
