He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nina Bibinoff Wulff and George Bibinoff; his grandparents, Max, Valentina Kern of San Carlos, CA, Michael and Agnes Bibinoff of Burlingame; his wife Kathleen Garrett Bibinoff; his stepfather Horace Wulff of Sacramento; his sister Cathy; his nephews, Matt and Alex Spencer; his stepdaughter Rachel Selenis; his mother-in-law Mildred Garrett; and his cousins, Kathryn Polk (Daniel), Nina Woolsey, Sacha Kotlarov (Kym), Al Kotlarov (Mimi), Natalie Howard (Ron) and Barbara (late Constantine Lobodovsky).
