He is survived by: his wife Myra Jane Miller (Walk); his sons, Cory Miller and Cody Miller (Nkem); his stepchildren, Erik St (Leslie), Melissa Lambert, Andy St (Melissa) and Mark St (Angela); his grandchildren, Makaiah Miller, Austin McGuire, Grady Lambert, Braylon St. Germain, Fiona St. Germain, Ronan St. Germain and Mauricio St. Germain; his uncle Dale Tompkins (Joyce); his nephew Tony Guzman; and his nieces, Lori Crittenden (Dave) and Kelly Stewart. He is also survived by cousins, and many dear friends.
