He was predeceased by: his son Charles Rodriguez, Jr.; his grandson William McCrory; and his siblings, Richard, Ruben Rodriguez, Angie Rodriguez and Esther Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Rodriguez; his children, Dori Rodriguez, Caroline McCrory (Steve), Carly Gutierrez (Steve), Ryan Lee (Lauren), Sean Lee (Angelica), Lori Phillips (Kurt Packer), Grant Phillips (Amber) and Patricia Clark (Eddie); and his sister Annie Thompson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and numerous relatives.
