We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2020, at the age of 89, Zellma Mae Noble (Red Bluff, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Zell Bloxham and Iva Bloxham; and her siblings, Robert Bloxham, Donald Bloxham and MarySue Valasek.

She is survived by: her husband Stuart Hall; and her daughters, Beverley Londo (Joe) and Marcie Baugher (Chris). She is also survived by her two daughters, her 5 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
