We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, Cecil Wiard of Rancho Cordova, California, born in Alameda, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Leroy and Pearl Lucile Wiard; his siblings, Thomas and Bonnie; his wife Jessie Marie; and his children, David Alan, Julie Marie, Richard Matthew and Vickie Anne. He was also cherished by his six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the services will be limited to the immediate.
