She was predeceased by: her husband Max Brooks; her parents, Earl Pettigrew and Lizzy Pettigrew; and her siblings, Elsie VanMeter, Marie Rust, Luther Pettigrew, Jewel Pettigrew and Alvin Pettigrew.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Patenaude of Ramona, CA; her grandson Jerry Patenaude (Lori Patenaude) of Ramona, CA; her siblings, Leona Hansen of Davis, CA, Earl Pettigrew of DeQueen, AR and Lee Pettigrew of Yuma, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Kaili, Emma Patenaude and Kyle Patenaude of Ramona, CA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
