He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Jennings and Doris C. Jennings; and his sisters, Arloas Pacheco (Joseph) and Joyce A. Hunter (Clayton). He is survived by: his sister Ella Barlish; his significant other Bettye Louise Welsh; his children, Dusty Troy (Lindsey) and Tonya (Anthony); his grandchildren, Dayne Geiger, Alyxis Navarro (John), Patrick Trampus, Meadow Boley, Logan Boley and Madison Hafer; and his sisters, Ella Baelish (Victor), Tressa Mendoza (Wayne), Catherine Miller (Ronnie) and Brenda Barber (Casey).
