He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sadie Tobiason and Arthur Tobiason; his wife Sandy Tobiason; his children, Toby Tobiason, Vanessa Aspin, Tom Tobiason and Jamie Tobiason; and his grandchildren, Travis Aspin, Justin Aspin, Brandy Tobiason, Amber Hardin, Lane Tobiason, Sierra Tobiason, Tanya Tobiason and Jake Tobiason. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and countless friends.
