It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Clark Klapwyk of Poway, California, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Klapwyk and Blanche Opal Klapwyk; and his siblings, Barbara Chilcote and Elmer Edward Klapwyk. He is survived by: his wife Annette Klapwyk; his daughters, Susan Klapwyk of McCalla, AL and Janet Crews of Poway, CA; his grandchildren, Trista Browning, Blayne Browning and Tyler Crews; his great grandchildren, Carter, Emma and Bragen; his brother William Klapwyk (Patsy) of Hamilton, MT; and his close friend Steve Ford. He is also survived by extended family and friends that include cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to his favorite charity, The Gary Sinise Foundation, in memory of Dennis C. Klapwyk, Chief Petty Officer (CPO), U.S.N. (RET).
