She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pearson and Ida Pearson; her daughter Dorothy Lee Harris; her husband Alex "Hunny"; and her siblings, Charles Pearson, Cornelius Pearson, Elbert Davis, Matilly Miles, Ora Pearson, Mable Jones and Rosie Lee Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Naomi Jean Harris (Sullivan), James A. Harris, Alex Elton Harris and Diane Harris (Wilkinson); her children-in-law, Percy Sullivan and Christi Harris; her granddaughter Diane; her son-in-law David Wilkinson; her foster son Dominic "Dan" Evans; her grandchildren, Mose, Kevin Weatherspoon (Kyley), James Jr., Chrystal, DeVonte, Terrence, Tyler Harris, Natasha Green (Darian), Trese Wallace (Bruce), Monique, Angelica, David Wilkinson, Tyron, Keeyon Payton-Evans, Alexander and Angela Evans; her great grandchildren, Nekeyia, Alex, Kevin, Alison Weatherspoon, Jaiden, Simeon, Sasha Green, Alonzo Ortega, Riley Fleming, Jordan Lee, Kai, Daxen Harris, Teya Carr, Ava, Tauri Wallace and Serenity Evans; and her great great grandchildren, Nymar-King Craft and Ka'Neeya Scott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Approximately in 2008, she was recognized by the Dora Nelson Black History Foundation in Perris as a leading Black Entrepreneur in the Perris Valley.
