She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Mansfield Long and Elancie Long; her former husband John L. Lawson; her children, John L. Lawson Jr. and Patricia Lawson; her husband Leonard George; her stepdaughters, Helen George and Shirley Jean George; her siblings, Imogean Kiles, Bessie Page and Allen Long; her daughter Doylisa Michelle Payne; her stepson Donnie Ray George; and her grandchildren, Loretta Cross, Sonja Ramsey, Lillian Thompson, Candice Lawson, Blaire Ibarra, Shanetta Stevenson and Tiisha Oggs. She was also cherished by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
