He was predeceased by: his daughter Anne Marie Gutierrez; and his wife Ruth Sierra. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Sierra and Matthew Sierra; his grandchildren, Carlos and Sierra Gutierrez; and his siblings, Maria Staats, Susan Sierra, Katie Garabaldi and Paul Sierra.
