He was predeceased by: his significant other Cynthia; his son Michael; and his parents, Frank Silvia and Theresa Silvia. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Silvia of Hayward and Patricia Silvia-Somorai of San Jose; and his children, Melinda Esquibel (Juan), Frank Silvia (Lauren) of Patterson and Jason Silvia (Andrea) of Manteca. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to the Community Hospice Foundation.
