We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2018, Gen Hornak (Palm Desert, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Duke Hornak of Wall, PA; her children, Michele Capps, Pamela Lewis of Thousand Oaks and Michael Hornak of Mission Viejo; her brothers, Michael, Joe and Philip Chiaramonte; and her significant other Joe Coady. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
