She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Medina and Ruth Medina; her siblings, Manuel Jr., Fernando, Carmen and Ida; and her daughter-in-law Sandra.
She is survived by: her husband Nicolas Hernandez; her children, Nick (Mayra), Angelina (Robert), Joseph and Ruby (Jon); her grandchildren, Desiree, Mya, Robert, Violet, Billy, Ariel, Easton, Aurora and Phoenix; and her siblings, Linda, Ralph, Lydia, Rene, Elvia and Joel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
