He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raul, Wanda Rangel and Henry Gomez; and his stepfather William Gonzales. He is survived by: his parents, Ray A. Rangel Sr. (Roxanne) and Diane Gonzales; his son Ray Rangel Jr. 3rd; his brothers, Robert Rangel, Ryan Rangel and Roger Rangel (Taylor); and his granddaughter Kalina Rangel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
