It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ortega (Oxnard, California), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Ortega; her siblings, Ralph, Nick (Jennie), Alfred Luna and Lupe Ordonez (Dave); and her sister-in-law Margaret Luna.
She is survived by: her children, Gene (Eyvonne), Dennis (Cindy), Frank (Mary), Norma Stocker (Larry) and Vincent (Tina); her grandson Adam Ortega; her siblings, Joe Luna (Virginia), Pete Luna (Lulu) and Angie Beltran (Henry); and her siblings-in-law, Edward Pete Terrazas, Walter Diaz, Rickie Luna and Ramona Luna. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, godchildren and great friends.
