He is survived by: his parents, Jose Hector and Susan K. Moreno; his nephew Hector Philip Moreno Jr.; his niece Maya Moreno; his sisters, Esperanza G. Moreno and Silvia L. Moreno; his niece Jade Wright; his nephew Makoa; and also Hector Philip Moreno (Alicia Moreno).
