It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Wayne Schmidt (Orland, California), born in Elk Grove, California, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rudolph Schmidt and Alba Schmidt; his friends, Valerie Miller and Orland Farmstead Creamery; his sister Barbara Hickman; his children, Carrie Anderson and Frank Rios; and his grandchildren, Kayla Villalobos, Bryce Rios, Chantel Rios, Savanah Rios and Cassidy Rios.
