He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Piazza and Rose Piazza; and his brothers, Joe and Anthony Piazza. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Millert (Randy), Michael Piazza (Paula), Toni Piazza-Hepp (Paul) and Janet Hensley (Jerry); and his sister Marianne Hodge. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
