With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Frank Kerr in Orland, California, born in Alturas, California, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Kerr and Wilma Ballard Norris; his stepfather Carl Norris; and his great-nephew Gabriel Kerr. He is survived by: his daughters, Jami Thibodeau (Adam) and Shani Kerr; his grandchildren, Jordan Peton (Logan), Tristan Peton and Logan Thibodeau; his great grandchildren, Maeson of Redding, Alaena of Redding and Maddox of Redding; his brother John; his sister-in-law Pat Kerr; his niece Cheryl Knoch; his nephew Jeff Kerr; and his great-niece Sierra Kerr of Alturas.
