With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Clark of Orangevale, California, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tammy Clark to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, James Richard Clark and Miriam Louise Bleakney Clark; her husband Richard Feliz; her sisters, Debbie Clark Graham and Melanie Clark Pensy; and her nieces and nephews, April Autrand, Devon Graham, Mallory Graham, Casey Reilly, Regis Graham, Cody Rape and Joshua Whiteside. She is also survived by four great-nieces and six great-nephews.
