We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2024, Edward R. McCormack of Orangevale, California, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Alicia McCormack; his children, Mary Fleming (Francis) of Boston, MA, Catherine Suehnholz (Keith) of Goshen, NY., Edward McCormack (Portia) of Goshen, NY., Joan "Celia" Clayton (Thomas) of Stamford, NY., Joseph McCormack (Winifred) of Pearl River, NY. and Dr. Robert McCormack (Maria) of Buffalo, NY.; and his stepson Douglas Crancer (Nicole). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
His six children were the life accomplishments of which he was most proud, a point he made every Sunday during the family zooms we started during the pandemic, and mentioned almost daily during the last six weeks of his life.
