She is survived by: her sister Jane Margaret Lyons; her sons, Mark Siemonsma (Dawn) and David Siemonsma (Janet); her grandchildren, Luke Itano, Nathaniel Hoyt, Zachary, Alex Wherry, Mathew, Brian, Taren Siemonsma, Brinley, Chance, Sianna and Chandler Siemonsma; her sister Jane Fitzsimmons of Ottawa; her nieces and nephews, Mary Anne, Jennie, Clayton, Jim and Bill Fitzsimmons; her siblings-in-law, Michael Siemonsma and Sally Stites; her nieces and nephews, Bob (Tina), Mary Sydlik, Sally, Laura Schultz (Ned), Paul, Dan (Lisa), Aileen (Hugh), Kathy (Rick Edgley) and Judy Palm (Jim Hewitt); and also, Mary, Jane (Rob Wetzel), Julia Wherry, Michelle and Mary Ann Siemonsma. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
