He was predeceased by: his parents, Shine Fleetwood Rankin and Florence Ridgdill Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Heather Holtz Rankin; his children, Cayden Bailey Rankin, Maddie Grace Rankin, Noah Grayson Rankin and Adeline "Ali Mae" Rankin; his siblings, Elizabeth Rankin Milner (Jason Milner), Shine Fleetwood Rankin Jr. (Susan Beaty Rankin) of Tifton, Drew Gregory Rankin of Forest Lake, MN and Homer Meade Rankin IV of Jesup, GA; and his parents-in-law, Betty Holtz, Rand Timmerman of Syracuse, NY, Bill and Wanda Holtz of Carthage, NY. He is also survived by nephews, numerous aunts, uncles.
