It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Rowe of Oakdale, California, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Skadsheim and Grace Skadsheim. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Rowe; her brother Richard; her nieces, Angela and Esther; her nephew Mark; her grandchildren, Michael Smith, Justin Davis, Justin Smith, William Davis and Daniella Davis; and her great grandchild Zachary Smith. She is also survived by four grandsons and one granddaughter, she also had one great grandson.

Her parents were both very active in the Adventist Church; this provided a solid foundation for her childhood and upbringing.
