He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Melburn Earls and Ruth Rachel Lee; and his siblings, Melburn Earls, Glenda Earls and Mary Helen Earls.
He is survived by: his children, Marty Bentley (Randy) of Manteca, April Sheppard of Goodland, KS, Mary Ann Goss (Ron) of Lebanon, OR and Daniel "Scott" Earls (Gwen) of Oakdale; his grandchildren, Renee Bentley, Britney Cawrse, Daniel Earls Jr., Benjamin Earls, Hillary Sanders, Sarah Bentley and Logan Goss; and his sisters, Betty Denny, Linda Skaggs and Mary Tamplin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
