He was predeceased by: his parents, William Waggoner and Louise McAlister Waggoner; and his brother William Dale Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Waggoner; his children, Gene Waggoner of Pottsboro, Paula Pitman of Leonard, TX and Lana Ulmer of Pottsboro; his siblings, George Waggoner of Denison and Barbara Cook of Denison; his grandchildren, Kristal, Michelle, Logan, Nathan, Jacie, Caitlyn, Dillon and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Emry, Avni, Rogan, Kade and Holly.
