With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Ann Smith (Novato, California), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on March 27, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Mikulski and Stephen Jagodzinski; her former husband Richard Smith; and her children, Rebecca, Jody (Marco), Susan (Tom), Richard (Donna) and Ralph (Kim). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
