He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jackson, Sr. and Olivia Raymond Perro; his sister Mary Nell Raymond Roman; his stepfather Bishop Ernest Perro; and his stepsiblings, Bishop Ordie Perro, Sr., Chester Perro, Elder Sidney Perro, Rueben Perro, Sr., Wilfred Perro, Ernestine Dorsey, Merecedes Lockette and Romanelle Dapremont.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle A. Jackson; his son Charles M. Jackson, III (Brianna) of Vancouver, Washington; his stepchildren, Keith Avant of Norwalk, California and Kimberly Allen of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; his brother Kenneth Raymond (Cassandra) of New Iberia, Louisiana; his stepbrothers, Rev. Isaiah Perro, Sr. of New Iberia and Rev. Ezekial Perro of Stone Mountain, Georgia; his grandchildren, Makiya Jackson, Maliya Jackson of Seattle, Jaiz Aduku and Cavin Mattson of Vancouver, Washington; his nieces, Yolanda Roman of Atlanta, Sheryl Batiste (Ted) and Thelma Roman Gedward (Norbert) of New Iberia, Louisiana; and his nephew Junius Lee Roman, Jr. of New Iberia, Louisiana. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
