He was predeceased by: his son Michael Pentz (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Montel (Monty); his children, John Pentz (Melinda) and Julie Patterson (John); his grandsons, Brian Pentz (Jennifer) and Connor Patterson; his great grandchild Sienna Pentz; his stepchildren, Brent Foes (Laurie), Vicki Miller (Tracy) and Melissa Foes; and his stepgrandchildren, Catherine Wilbourn (James) and Austin Miller.
