He gave it all in a first class way, never letting anyone down, never letting himself down. He had this easy smile and slur of words (because he was smiling). His laughter was contagious. The only thing that moved faster than his eyes and smile was his brain. He acted far faster than he pondered. He was ready at the get-go. I loved Mike, my idol. My friend. Dick Crossed”
