It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leila Owens Whitcombe (Mount Shasta, California), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Leila, Masters, Counseling, Zena Whitcombe-Kosel and Reese Whitcombe (Sandy); and her granddaughters, Melea, Arianna Kosel and Amanda Whitcombe.
