He is survived by: his wife Orgina Farley; his daughter Alsacia (Julian Contreraz); his grandchildren, Kayden, Weston, Addison, Reagan and Rylee; his son Cameron Farley; his stepson Murad (Lena); his stepgrandchildren, Liam and Mila; and his parents, Daniel Farley Jr. (Chris Farley) and Cheryl Parks (Gerald Parks). He is also survived by his friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
