He is survived by: his wife Haruko Morikawa; his daughters, Maryann Fukushima (Gary), Kelly Kwong (Will) and Sarah Sumida (Ken); and his grandchildren, Nolan Fukushima, Kimi, Jamie Kwong, Miani, Kian and Brianne Sumida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
