She was predeceased by: her husband George Akira. She is survived by: her children, James Hamada (Lynnette), Reiko Ikkanda (Vance) and Diane Wright; her grandchildren, Michael Ikkanda, Lisa Ikkanda-Hyun (Michael), Andrew Wright (Elle), Lauren Hamada and Brent Hamada; and her great grandchild Joseph Wright. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
