We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ernie Bruce Hegwer of Modesto, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Berglund and Mary Berglund (Corbett); his stepfather Edwin Hegwer; and his siblings, Dean Hegwer and Viccie Abbott (Hegwer).
He is survived by: his children, Gail Smith (Hegwer) of Modesto and Gary Hegwer; his daughter-in-law Kari of Brentwood; his grandchildren, Blake Smith (Mekila), Brittany Peterson (Tom), Courtney Skillern (Nick) and Cole Hegwer; and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Bodie Peterson and Bari Smith. He is also survived by extended family members, nieces and nephews.
