She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Azevedo, Jr.; her son Alvin Azevedo; and her siblings, Mary Orique, Tony, Peter and Joaquin Silveira.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Azevedo (Joanne) and Adeline Rosemire (Mike); her grandchildren, Tim Azevedo, Lisa Carlin (Mark) and Mike Azevedo (Shannon); and also Susan Azevedo (Alvin). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren; as well as in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many dance club friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Theresa can be made to the American Heart Association or Global Hospice/Modesto.
