He was predeceased by: his parents, Giles Carroll and Reta Carroll; his wife Alice Jane Penney of Kanosh Utah; his children, Sherill, Eddie and Susan; and his siblings, Ralph, Maria, Gwen, Ross, Thomas, Vance and Lura.
He is survived by: his siblings, Beth, Carla and Lee; his child Penne; his son-in-law George (Pati); and his grandchildren, Tim, Kasie, Jim, Kevin, Lily, Jeff, Shayla, Bree, Michael, Craig, April and Jacob. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, cousins.
