He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Spratt; his son Steven Garland Jr.; his brothers, Sherman and Spruce Sr. (Diana); his nieces and nephews, Laiya, Nicole, Shirkiyya, Arianne, Spruce Jr. and Sherman D; and his sister Shirley. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
