He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Heathington and Grace Roby; his wife JoAnn Heathington; and his son Tony Heathington. He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Smoak; and his grandchildren, Toni Berning, Saul Smoak, Sunshine Smoak and Christopher Heathington. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
