He is survived by: his parents, Philip Cruz and Louella Cruz; his sister Nicole Silvey; his brother-in-law Donald Silvey Sr.; his brother James Garcia; and his nephews, Brady Stout, Devin Stout and Donald Silvey Jr. Mathew.
