He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Wisner (Diane); his son Dale Norman Wisner; and his grandson Jon Ford. He is survived by: his wife Charline; his former wife Martha Johnson; his stepdaughters, Joyce (Mike), Linda (Terri) and Nancy (Randy); his children, Gary R. (Michelle) and Gayle Peery (James); his grandchildren, Joseph Wisner, Jaimi Wisner, Shane Peery, Lance Peery, Eddie G. Wisner, Grayson Wisner, Darley Wisner and Royce Wisner; his great grandchild Jakob Hixson; and his sister-in-law Darlene Culbertson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be held at Historic Lodi Cemetery, 5750 East Pine Street, Lodi, CA on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, 10:00 a. m. Due to Covid restrictions please wear a mask and social distancing is required.
